Url rewriting CakePhp

Bonjour,
je débute sous CakePhp et j'ai suivis le tutoriel "Créer un portfolio" pour me familiariser avec l'environnement de CakePhp, cependant je cherche la bonne syntaxe pour le Routeur::connect pour afficher dans l'url le nom de la catégorie et non son ID. Avoir htt://monsite.fr/category/motion par exemple au lieu du htt://monsite.fr/works/category/1 actuel.
