Envoie mail en local wampserver64

Bonjour,

Je sais que le sujet a déjà été traité plusieurs fois, j'ai passé mon après-midi a épelucher des tas de forums, sites etc... sans succès.
Je souhaiterais envoyer des mails en local. J'utilise wampserver64 et sendmail.

Ce que je fais

J'ai copié le dossier sendmail à la racine de Wamp.

J'ai essayé plusieurs options pour voir si cela fonctionne. La 1ère avec mon bout de code :

La deuxième avec une méthode trouvée sur le net.

Je n'ai pas d'erreur, juste je ne reçois rien. Savez-vous d'où ça peut venir svp ?
