Problème d'apache (interpretation du code php)

Voila j'utilisais ubuntu 17.04, mais il y'a quelque jours mon système à afficher un popup en me disant q'il y'a une nouvelle version d'ubuntu 17.10 et de mettre à jour mon système et je l'ai fait, et j'ai profiter en même temp pour activer le mode rewrite sous apache
je travaillais sur un projet php avec le framework laravel 5.5. Avant de mettre à jour mon sytème, mon projet marchait normalement et tous fonctionnait à merveille et voilà maintenant j'ai des erreurs que je n'arrive pas à comprendre j'ai chercher partout mais j'ai pas eu de solution à mon problème. En faite mon serveur apache n'arrive pas à interpreter mon code php, au lieu d'executer la page php il affiche le code source de la page dans le navigateur que sa soit avec phpmyadmin ou avec mon code laravel, par exemple sur phpmyadmin si je tape dans le navigateur : http://localhost/phpmyadmin au lieu d'afficher la page d'acceuil il affiche ça:
