Redirection d'un formulaire

Bonjour,
je voudrai réaliser la redirection à une page définie aprés avoir complété un formulaire.
echo $this->Form->create('Test',array('action' => '/candidats/add'));
Cette commande permet de rediriger vers la page voulue. Mais les informations ne sont pas envoyées...
Merci d'avance.

this->Form->create(entity,['type'=>'post/get','url'=>['controller'=>'candidats','action'=>'add']]);
ou
this->Form->create(entity,['type'=>'post/get','url'=>'http://www.monsite.com/candidats/add']);
ou
$this->Form->create(NULL,['type'=>'post/get','url'=>['controller'=>'candidats','action'=>'add']]);
