Strict Standards: date()

bonsoir à tous voici un des bugs qui me résiste, sur toutes la séries que j'ai à regardé

voici le message

en chercha un peu j'ai pue comprendre que je n'ai pas déclarer mon fuseau horaire et qu'il faudrait que je le fasse dans mon php.ini, dont je n'ai pas le contrôle ça serait pas drôle sinon, donc je pense que je dois le faire dans le fichier de configuration général. j'ai essayé en ligne 14, mais inefficace.
