Looking to get into PC Gaming! (Help!)

Hey all! I am a console gamer and am looking to get into PC gaming and streaming. I am familiar with some terms but am mostly green-footed when it comes to any terminology about PCs and PC gaming. I was wondering if anyone could help me by telling me what I need/how much it would run me if I wanted a PC that could do basic streaming and run games like Skyrim, Fallout, CoD, and even Nintendo Switch games is whole streaming? I know you have to hook the Switch up to the PC to play it on stream but idk if I need a certain quality computer to do that. Like I said, I don’t know much about PC gaming but I’d like to learn, so any form of help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
