Tu nous donne la classe en vrac, mais même pas d’exécution de code.
Essaie d'être plus précis sur la source du problème.
On ne voit aucun retour d'erreur sur le lien. Juste du HTML.

Oui il faut dire au mail qu'il est au format html.
Pour cela il faut utiliser le addition_headers (le 4ème paramètre de la fonction mail)
